Arkenz ltd Meats will no longer deliver to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Jersey Postcodes. Our Courier Partner now utilises a 2-Days ferry service, affecting the next-day delivery of perishable items.

Here at Arkenz ltd Meats, we aim to provide you with a punctual and reliable service. We are committed to a 2 working day turnaround from the moment you place your order with us. We appreciate you would want to know when your delivery will arrive, therefore please find an estimated delivery guideline below:

Delivery may sometimes take an additional day due to seasonal variations or volume. If you are ordering for a gift, dinner party or special occasion we advise you to always allow an extra 24 hours.

Your delivery will arrive in an insulated box containing ice packs which is chill test safe for up to 48 hours in an unopened consignment.

It is important that all products should be refrigerated as soon as you open your package.
All orders are delivered by our logistics partner Royal Mail Parcelforce.

All orders are delivered by our logistics partners DPD or Royal Mail Parcelforce. Delivery timings on the delivery date are determined by DPD and Royal Mail Parcelforce. Please adhere to DPD email and SMS notifications for your delivery timings'.

Delivery Charges

Mainland UK
We deliver to every postcode in the UK from Monday to Sunday.
Delivery charges applicable for orders under £100.00 is £9.99.
For all orders totalling £100.00 or above we offer Free Delivery.

Click and collect / Store pick up / Collect from Store timetable. (This service is not available until further notice)

Next Day collection is applicable for orders placed before 1pm today- collection for next day after 5pm.

All Orders placed after 1pm will be ready for collection a day after.

Orders placed on Friday will be ready for collection on Monday. There will be no shipping charges levied for these orders.

As the items we supply are Perishable, the responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that the parcel is accepted on the day of delivery. If an attempt was made to deliver and failed due to no one being present at home, then the responsibility and liability for the loss of goods lies with the customer, in this respect no claim can be made against Arkenz ltd Meats.
